Tuesday, 24 November 2009The chief accountant of the Federal Drug Control Service administration for Chechnya was gunned down in the capital of the North Caucasus republic on Monday, a law enforcement source said.
He said Capt. Roza Almazova was attacked near the entrance to her apartment building in downtown Grozny. She died on the spot.
