Turkish Parliament Speaker Mehmer Ali Sahin departed Sunday for Moscow to participate in the 34th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) on November 22-24.
The Turkish parliament speaker will participate in a banquet to be hosted by Boriz Gryzlov, the president of PABSEC and the speaker of Russia's State Duma, and attend the opening ceremony of PABSEC on Monday.
Sahin is scheduled to address the meeting on Tuesday and later return to Turkey.
