Friday, 20 November 2009At the plenary session, the deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan passed Laws on Ratification of the Agreement on Licensing Rules in Foreign Trade of Goods and on Ratification of the Agreement on Order of Introduction and Application of Measures in Foreign Trade of Goods in the uniform customs territory in regards to the third countries, Kazakhstan Today agency reports.
The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, Aset Isekeshev, said that the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus provides a uniform commercial policy concerning the third countries.
The agreement on uniform measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries was signed earlier.
"The international documents presented today have been developed with a view of realization of the agreement and defining of the licensing rules and an order of application of non-tariff measures concerning the third countries," A. Isekeshev said.
