Thursday, 19 November 2009The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, said at Fifth Congress of Judges of Kazakhstan that Kazakhstan needs to improve its legislation to eradicate raidering, Kazakhstan Today agency reports.
"We need such laws that would not allow raidering occuring during various corporate disputes encroaching on private property institutions and the bases of the market economy," N. Nazarbayev said.
"After all, we are building a market economy. Eventually, we must overcome this problem in a legislative process. Some governmental officials also act as raiders. There is an obvious infringement," N. Nazarbayev said.
