Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will participate in the inauguration of Afghan President Hamid Karzai, who will assume this post for a second term.

On Thursday morning, Davutoglu will participate in a breakfast that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will host for foreign ministers of countries contributing to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan.
