Turkish Interior Minister Besir Atalay will travel to Russia to attend a conference on road safety.
Atalay will take part at the "Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety" to be hosted by the Russian Federation in Moscow on November 19 and 20, his office said on Tuesday.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will speak at the opening of the conference.
