GDP growth, following the results of a year, may exceed a forecasted earlier by the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning indicator. The chairman of the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan, Alihan Smailov, informed at the press conference on Monday, Kazakhstan Today agency reports.

"We consider that the forecast of the Ministry of Economy - 100.1 % will be executed and will likely be even higher," A. Smailov informed.

"The index will be increased within 9 months. It has been 96.8 % and within 10 months has reached 98.3 %. Accordingly, it will reach 100 % within 11 and 12 months," he explained.
