Tuesday, 17 November 2009The Fourth Meeting of Ministers of Transport of the SCO member states took place on 9-10 November in Beijing, Kazakhstan Today reported citing the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan.
"The delegations of the SCO member states - Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, the SCO countries-observers - India, Iran, Mongolia and Pakistan, and the representatives of the international organizations - Asian Development Bank (ADB), the United Nations Economic and Social Commission, the SCO Secretariat and Business Council and the SCO Interbank Association took part in the meeting," the press service informed.
The meeting of the senior officials of Transport Ministries of the SCO member countries on preparation for the Fourth Meeting of Ministers of Transport took place on 9 November 2009.
During the meeting, the delegations took into consideration the information of the Chinese party on the program of the fourth meeting and discussed and coordinated the project of the agenda and the protocol of the Fourth Meeting of Ministers of Transport. |
