Saturday, 14 November 2009Russia will hold the next round of its WTO entry talks with the European Union on Monday, the country's EU ambassador Vladimir Chizhov said.
Russia has been negotiating its entry into the world trade body for more than 15 years. It is the world's only major economy still outside the organization.
To date, Russia has completed mandatory bilateral talks with 60 member states, but is yet to agree positions on several issues, including agriculture, timber export duties, and regulation of some state-controlled companies.
