Friday, 13 November 2009The deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan during the plenary session accepted the proposals of the conciliatory commission on overcoming of disagreements with Majilis on the bill on the amendments and additions in Criminal, Criminally-Judicial and Civil Judicial Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve the judicial system. According to the regulations, the law is considered to have been accepted and is being forwarded to the head of state to be signed into law, Kazakhstan Today agency reports.
According to the conclusion of the Senate Committee for Legislation and Legal Affairs, the law is aimed at modernization of the judicial system by creation of the effective trimeric systems, defining of jurisdiction of the specialized courts, which will consider the most difficult criminal cases, including with participation of jurymen.
