Friday, 13 November 2009The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during the meeting with the OSCE Secretary General, Mark Perren de Brishambo, discussed a wide spectrum of the questions, concerning preparation of Kazakhstan for the presidency in OSCE, Kazakhstan Today agency reports citing the president's press service.
The head of state thanked M. P de Brishambo for support in the question of the presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE in 2010.
According to the press service, the OSCE Secretary General said that the forthcoming presidency of our republic opens new horizons for OSCE. The experience of Kazakhstan will bring big contribution to development of this organization.
He also expressed opinion on importance of the initiative of N. Nazarbayev to hold in Astana in 2010 of the OSCE summit.
