In Kazakhstan, in January - October, 2009, industrial production has decreased by 0.2 %, Kazakhstan Today agency reports citing the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan.

According to the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan, industrial indicators in the manufacturing industry for 10 months of 2009 have decreased by 7.8 % and in the sphere of manufacture and distribution of electric power, gas and water - by 4.5 %. Volume of production in the mining industry has grown by 5.2 %.
