Kazakhstan will leave a mode of parallel work of the integrated Central Asian grid if Tajikistan continues to use electric power without contracts and payment. The chairman of the board of JSC KEGOC Company, Kanat Bozumbayev, informed in an interview to journalists, Kazakhstan Today agency reports.

"Today Tajikistan is using electric energy without contracts and payment. But in the Kazakhstan market, the dispatcher bears responsibility for each watt... If Tajikistan further continues to behave irresponsibly, we will have to withdraw from the parallel work," K. Bozumbayev said.
