Seven members of the terrorist organization PKK have surrendered to security forces after quitting PKK hideouts in Iraq's north, security officials said Thursday.
The PKK members turned themselves in to gendarmerie forces in Silopi town of the southeastern province and they were under interrogation, officials said.
A separate group of three PKK members, who had earlier surrendered to security forces, have been released on provisions of a repentance law after being standing a brief court trial.
