Wednesday, 11 November 2009Omurbek Tekebaev, the leader of the Ata-Meken party, and leadership of the Socialist International will arrive in Kyrgyzstan in January to become acquainted with the situation in the republic and the surrounding region.
Tekebaev said, ìSocialist International is the oldest multi-party organization in the world. We have managed to turn the organizationÃs and Swedish specialistsà attention to the events in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.î
Foreign guests, including secretary general of the Socialist International, plan to examine the situation in the republic and the region.
ìTheir work can result in complex suggestions on reforming of political and social systems. They will be expectedly stated in address to the large parties of the world,î the leader of Ata-Meken said.
The official outlined that native socialist and opposition on the whole could change the situation in the republic with the help of their foreign counterparts.
