1- Turkey remembers great leader Ataturk.
- The founder of the Republic of Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, will be commemorated on the 71st anniversary of his demise all across Turkey, in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkish representations overseas.
- Turkish President Abdullah Gul and a group of statesmen will lay a wreath at Ataturk's mausoleum (Anitkabir) at 0905 hours in Ankara. Sirens will ring and Turkish flags will be brought to half mast at the same time.
2- "Democratic Move" will be debated in the Turkish Parliament's General Session.
