Saturday, 7 November 2009A EU delegation will visit Georgia this month for talks with the Caucasus state's leadership and possibly a trip to the conflict zones near South Ossetia and Abkhazia, the EU monitoring mission in Georgia said on Friday.
The group of 35 European Union ambassadors and officials will take place November 12-14. On the first day of the visit, the ambassadors will hold a news conference at the mission set up to monitor the ceasefire agreements that ended an armed conflict between Georgia and Russia in August 2008, the mission said.
