Personal relations between presidents are not so important, Georgian deputy Prime-Minister Georgi Baramidze said.

"I think that great attention is paid to it. But it is important for us not to speak to Moscow confidentially," Georgi Baramidze said in an interview with Russian weekly Kommersant.

He said that Georgia speaks to Russia in presence of UN, OSCE, Europe and the USA. This format is acceptable.

Baramidze said that Georgia will never submit position of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

"Nobody submitted except for Nicaragua, Venezuela and Putin. Any 5-7 marginal governments are likely to follow Russia's tastes. But civilized world will not recognize their independence. We will return these territories peacefully," Baramidze said.

He said that Georgia must be provided with strategic patience as Hillary Clinton said.

"We are sure to constantly talk on this topic. But we must build a normal democratic state at non-occupied territory. We must not focus on confrontation but draw investments, build plants and hotels for people to have all rights as in normal European countries," Baramidze said.

Baramidze said that a new revolution in Georgia is impossible. All statements of opposition voiced in spring, these three months of disorders aimed to resign Saakashvili. Russia 'rubbed its hands' that he will be resigned soon, he said.

"If you noticed during these events in Russia they said: "We will not speak with Saakashvili. Now a few people speak about it because they understood that one fails to resign our president," he said.

Baramidze said that Nino Burjanadze is not guide of Russian interests. Moscow supports everybody who generates tension inside the country.

"I think that Nino is offended. We have a democratic state. She can tell everything she wants. But she does not have great weight in policy. Less that 5 percent supports her. We stated that actions of protest will disappear with time. It happened. What is the difference between current meetings of opposition from our 'revolution of roses'? That time the authority could not rule. Georgia was a bankrupt when Shevardnadze took office. Power was available. We just took it. There was a meeting where we said: "Shevardnadze, go away! And he went away.

He did it because he had no other variant. But we are not going to go anywhere. We will not allow to be resigned," Baramidze said.
