Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakossian will head the Armenian delegation that will attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC member-states to be held in Baku.
The meeting will be held in Baku on Oct.22, the Armenian Foreign Ministry told Mediamax on Oct.19.
