Polish President Awards Azerbaijani Ministers For Their Significant Contribution To Development Of Polish-azerbaijani Relations

On Oct. 16, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Baku hosted the ceremony of presenting awards conferred by the President of the Republic of Poland upon a number of senior officials of Azerbaijan for their significant contribution to the development of Polish-Azerbaijani relations.

Awards were presented by the ambassador of Poland to Azerbaijan Krzysztof Krajewski to several ministers and other senior officials of Azerbaijan.

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Industry and Energy Natik Aliyev were awarded the Order of the Commander.

Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov were awarded the Grand Cross of the Order.

Cavalry Cross was awarded to Anar Alekperov, Rahim Mustafayev, Ali Ahmadov, Novruz Memmadov, Elchin Bagirov, Kamal Abdullayev.

Director of the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic, Murad Adgozalzade was awarded the Gold Cross.

During the ceremony, Krajewski said he was satisfied with the level of development of relations between the two countries, and very grateful for the efforts to develop friendly relations between nations.

On behalf of all awarded ministers, Elmar Mammadyarov thanked the President of Poland and said that this year was very productive in the Azerbaijani-Polish relations.
