On Oct. 15, a presentation of the Azerbaijani marks was held within the 11th plenary session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the CoE and 50th anniversary of the European Court on Human Rights.

At the presentation ceremony of stamps issued by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan, President of the Congress Micallef Young, chairman of the Azerbaijani delegation to Congress Anar Ibrahimov made speeches.

Ibrahimov appreciated the fact that the presentation of marks was dedicated to the beginning of the session of Congress, as a demonstration of the special significance of cooperation of the Azerbaijani government with the Congress.
