Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev participated in an inauguration of a new apartment building in Hovsan settlement and gave car keys over to the Great Patriotic War veterans, the Karabakh War invalids and families of martyrs on October 15, AzerTaj state news agency reported.

The Azerbaijani President handed certificates of apartments over to the Great Patriotic War veterans, the Karabakh War invalids and families of martyrs.

Aliyev presented keys of 'Tavria' cars to veterans and invalids.

Aliyev got familiarization with apartments in a building, which has been constructed beinning from 2007. Total area is 0.25 hectares. Total area of construction hits 1,790 square meters.

Trees and flowers were planted around the building.

There are 81 apartments in the nine-storey building, with 72 two-room and 9 three-room flats.

The Azerbaijani president congratulated owners of apartments and cars and wished them happiness.

Aliyev made a test drive by the cars.
