FM Davutoglu Travels to Syria

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu left for Syria on Tuesday to attend ministerial meeting of the Turkey-Syria High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
Davutoglu is accompanied by a delegation of ministers, businessmen, academicians and media corps.
State ministers Hayati Yazici and Cevdet Yilmaz, National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul, Interior Minister Besir Atalay, Health Minister Recep Akdag, Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim, Agriculture & Rural Affairs Minister Mehdi Eker, Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz and Environment & Forestry Minister Veysel Eroglu are accompanying Davutoglu.
The first phase of the council meeting will take place in Aleppo and the second phase in the afternoon will take place in southeastern province of Gaziantep.
Visa exemption agreement is expected to be signed at the border of the two countries.
