Turkish President Attends Conference in Paris

Turkish President Abdullah Gul is attending a conference titled "French-Turkish Partnership: To be Stronger in Europe and the World" in Paris on Friday.
The conference is co-sponsored by the Association of French Businessmen (MEDEF) and the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD).
Gul and French Prime Minister Francois Fillon will make opening remarks of the conference.
Later Gul and French President Nicolas Sarkozy will inaugurate an exhibition titled "From Byzantium to Istanbul, One Port for Two Continents" in Paris within the scope of "Season of Turkey" activities.
