Time has shown that Kyrgyz officials keep repeating past mistakes, Kurmanbek Bakiev, the President of Kyrgyzstan said speaking at the parliament on Tuesday , News Agency "24.kg" reported .

He strongly criticized ministers and chiefs of the departments.

"You just repeat past mistakes and do not want to work in a new way. That is why we start fundamental reforming of state administration," Bakiev said.

The reform, in first turn, will touch on the whole state apparatus, law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities and economic sector and will be directed at providing real conditions for business development.
