Monday, 24 August 2009Foreign trade turnover of Kazakhstan in January - June, 2009 has reached $30.4 billion and in comparison with the similar period of 2008 it reduced to 41.8 %, Kazakhstan Today agency reports citing the monthly report of Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan informed.
"Foreign trade turnover in January - June, 2009 totaled $30.4 billion (in comparison with January, it has decreased by 41.8 % June, 2008), including export - $17.2 billion (by 51 % less) and import - $13.2 billion (by 22.8 % less). The considerable share in commodity structure of export accounts for mineral products (in January - June, 2009 - 71.4 %), import of automobiles, equipment, vehicles, and devices (35.1 %), non-precious materials and products from them (26.8 %)."
