Kyrgyzstan will suggest Russia locating its military base in the territory of Batkensky area adjoining Uzbekistan, a source in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan informed "Kazakhstan Today" agency.
According to the source, various "incidents" frequently happen at the frontier of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan." "For example, there are conflicts due to shortage of irrigation water in summertime," he said.
