New methods of forecasting of earthquakes need to be developed in Kazakhstan

The government of Kazakhstan, following the results of the Republican exercises Zher-2009 will receive a number of proposals, in particular, on the new methods of forecasting of earthquakes. Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Serik Ahmetov, informed during the meeting in akimat of Almaty on Thursday, "Kazakhstan Today" agency reports.


"The government of Kazakhstan will make decisions directed at improvement of the state system of prevention and liquidation of emergencies based on the practical results of the action carried out on Thursday," S. Ahmetov said.
