Wednesday, 22 July 2009The Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan has addressed the government with the request to support the idea of creation of Committee for Protection of Entrepreneurs, the Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan, Bahyt Sultanov, informed during the government session on Tuesday, "Kazakhstan Today" agency reports.
"I would need ten people for Business Development Department and I would like to ask to support our initiative of creation of Committee for Protection of Entrepreneurs," B. Sultanov said.
He explained, "Control function is stipulated by the Law on Private Business. It is a question of control of controllers. According to the Law on Administrative Procedures and explanations of the Office of Public Prosecutor, control can be executed only by a separate department, a part of the authorized institution.
