Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan has returned to Turkey on Wednesday after completing talks in Indonesia.
Caglayan was accompanied by a group of 40 Turkish businessmen during his trip to the far east Asian country.
Zafer Caglayan participated in a meeting of the Indonesian-Turkish Business Forum in Jakarta.
Trade volume between Turkey and Indonesia was 1.1 billion U.S. dollars in 2006, 1.5 billion U.S. dollars in 2007 and 1.7 billion U.S. dollars in 2008.
Speaking at the Indonesian-Turkish Business Forum meeting, Caglayan had said that "had our two countries known each other better, the trade volume could have been 10 billion USD instead of the present 1.7 billion USD".
