Tuesday, 30 June 2009Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company, has named The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Istanbul as the best employer in Central Eastern Europe.
According to Hewitt Associates' "Best Employers 2008/2009" study, The Ritz Carlton Istanbul Hotel has been selected the best employer in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises category in Central Eastern Europe. The hotel was given the same title in 2007 as well.
Speaking at a press conference held at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul Hotel on Tuesday, Cengiz Gurleyik from Hewitt Turkey said that the study was carried out in 11 countries in Central Eastern Europe and nearly 160,000 employees and 4,000 high-level executives shared their opinions about their employers.
Delivering a speech, Raul Salcido, Director General of The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, said that the award given by Hewitt Associates showed one more time that care, respect and loyalty were the answers to every question. |
