Georgia, Tbilisi, June 26 /Trend News, N. Kirtskhalia/ Russia is fulfilling its own desire by building Navy base in Ochamir, Abkhazian Supreme Council chairman Giya Gvazava said.

"This is open aggression as Russia considers Abkhazia its own territory and does what it wishes," Gvazava told reporters.

Commander of the Russian Navy Vysotsky said "nothing large will be located there," Only separate tactical groups will be deployed."
