Turkish Parliament Speakers Returns Home From Russia

Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan Returned to Turkey after completing his visit to Russia.
During his visit, Toptan met with Boris Gryzlov, speaker of lower house of the Russian Parliament, and Sergey Mironov, speaker of the upper house, the Russian Federation Council. Toptan also visited the tomb of internationally-acclaimed Turkish poet Nazim Hikmet's tomb at the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
