ANKARA (A.A) - Here are the main topics that the English News Desk of "Anadolu Agency" has to cover on June 16, 2009:

1- Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan will meet Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Interparliamentary Friendship Group Chairman Djangoroz Kanimetov and an accompanying delegation in Ankara. (11:00 a.m.)
2- Turkish State Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan will attend the 2nd Euromoney Turkey Finance & Investment Forum organized jointly by Euromoney Conferences and Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey in Istanbul. (9:00 a.m.)
3- Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will meet German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier in the German capital of Berlin.
4- Turkish State Minister for Women and Family Affairs Selma Aliye Kavaf will participate in the "Council of Europe Conference of Ministers Responsible for Family Affairs" in Austrian capital of Vienna.
- Kavaf will address her European counterparts at a session on "family-friendly policies: measures for an optimal framework."
5- Turkish State Minister Faruk Celik will attend a ceremony for the inauguration of Konjic Bridge, a historical monument which was restored by the Turkish International Cooperation & Development Agency (TIKA) in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
6- Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz will meet Georgian Energy Minister Alexander Khetaguri in Ankara.
