A court issued a decision on brothers charged with murder of underage girls.

The Serious Crimes Court sentences Tavakkul Ismayilov to life imprisonment, Elnur Ismayilov to six years and Elchin Ismayilov to four years in jail on June 11.  

The court closed cases filed against Elnur Ismayilov and Elchin Ismayilov under articles 144 and 149.

The public prosecutor asked to sentence Tavakkul Ismayilov to life imprisonment, Elnur Ismayilov to 15 years and Elchin Ismayilov to 10 years in jail.  

A suits has been filed against residents of Dagbiliji village of Davachi region who are charged with murder of Naila and Reyhana Majidova sisters under articles 120.1 (willful murder), 149 (rape), 150.2.2 (sexual violence against underage persons), 127.1 (inflicting harm to health), 144.3 (kidnapping), 177 (robbery) and 178 (fraud). In August 2007, Ismayilov brothers killed Majidova sisters and throw their bodies to Samur-Absheron channel.

Naila Majidova's body was found on the channel on August 9. Reyhana Majidova's body has not been found yet.
