Turkish-American Business Council Meetings to Start in Washington

A conference on Turkey-U.S. relations --which is organized by Turkish-American Business Council, American-Turkish Council, American Friends of Turkey and Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK)-- will begin in Washington, D.C. on Monday.
The theme of this year's conference is "US-Turkey: Overcoming challenges in an era of change".
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim, National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul and Chief of General Staff Gen. Ilker Basbug will participate in the conference.
The conference will take place at Gaylord Resort Hotel near Washington, D.C. and last for two days.
Participants will focus on economic and political relations as well as cooperation opportunities between the two countries.
