Suspicions against head of the Military Commissariat of Ganja (365 km west of Baku) for murder are not confirmed.

The investigation found that Dzhogun Mardanov was killed by nephew of Safar Bayramov, head of the second division of the Military Commissariat, Elvin Bayramov, the Military Prosecutor's Office of Ganja told Trend News on Monday.

Elvin Bayramov called to Safar Bayramov and informed him about the murder that has been committed in his apartment.

A conflict occurred between father of the killed Inshallah Mardanov and Safar Bayramov, and Mardanov paid to him stab wounds.

A criminal case has been launched against Elvin Bayramov on the Article 120.1 9 (premeditated murder) of the criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

Inshallah Mardanov has not been arrested so far.
