The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry is holding joint military events with the United States in Baku.
A workshop on "Experience of applying forces and analyses of situation" was held on May 18 in accordance with the bilateral cooperation plan signed between Azerbaijan and the United States, the Defense Ministry told Trend News on May 19. The workshop will last by May 22.
Moreover, a business meeting is being held on May 18-22 to support implementation of the Strategic Defense Review and development of final documents.
On May 19, a teacher-staff of the Turkish Air Forces training centre ((Türkiy? Hava Harp Okulu, İzmir Hava Sınıf Okulları Komandanlığı) will visit Baku in accordance with the bilateral cooperation plan signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
The visit which focuses on exchanging of experience will end on May 22. Representatives of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are attending the events.
