Turkish Health Minister Recep Akdag officially confirmed that swine flu virus has been revealed in American tourist, CNN Turk reported.

"The swine flu case with the U.S. tourist has been officially confirmed," Akdag said. Minister said the people who communicated with the U.S. citizen on place have been taken under control. 

The World Health Organization said A/H1N1 virus has been revealed in 34 countries. A total of 7,520 swine flue cases have been confirmed with 66 of them being fatal.
