Baku Appeal Court has upheld court decisions on military hazing case, lawyer Vakil Mirismayil Hadi told Trend News.

The accused the Appeal Court too change the court decision issued against them.

The Appeal Court rejected the appeal.

The Baku Military Court has sentenced Famil Ganiyev to 4.5 years, Jabir Yusibov 4 years, Adil Abbasov 4 years, Rahid Jafarov and Elkhan Almammadov 3 years in jail.

A videotape showing soldiers being beaten in an Azerbaijani military hospital was posted on Internet. The clip was filmed at the Defense Ministry's Alat Military Hospital in February.

The Military Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit on misconduct against the soldiers.

The military hazing left 5 victims. Four of them withdrew the appeal.
