American-Turkish Council Meetings to Start on May 31

American-Turkish Council (ATC) meetings will take place between May 31 and June 3 in Washington with high level participation from Turkey.
ATC stated on Saturday that Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Ilker Basbug, State Minister & Chief Negotiator for EU talks Egemen Bagis, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, National Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul and Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim were expected to attend the meetings.
ATC meetings are held every year, and officials discuss Turkey-U.S. relations in the meetings.
