Azerbaijan, Baku, April 30 /Trend News, S.Babayeva/

The Azerbaijani Health Ministry reported that 13 killed and ten wounded as the result of shooting at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy today.

Head of the Health Ministry press service Anar Gadirli said that the wounded were delivered to the City Clinical Hospital N1 and N4, as well as hospital of the Azerbaijani Railway Station and Clinical Medical Centre.

Gadirli dined the rumors on allegedly needed donor blood.

"The Ministry has the bank of blood," he added.

The armed man was neutralized.
