Iranian Former Army Of Guardians Commander To Run For Presidency

Former Army of Guardians (Sepah) Commander of Iran Mohsun Rezaee has been nominated for presidential elections. Rezai is member of Iran's Advisory Council and first candidate from Conservatives, www.rezaee.ir official website reported. Rezaee said he will nor run for presidency not from Conservatives, but individually. He said will make public his program until the next week.

Iran will hold presidential elections on June 12. National Trust Party chairman and former speaker Mehdi Kyarubi and former prime minister Mir Hussein Moussavi have been nominated for presidency from Reformists so far.

Incumbent President Ahmadinejad has not yet announced his nomination for the elections.
