Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Muhammad al-Baradei believes that Iran should "reciprocate" Barack Obama Administration's initiative on further negotiations over the Tehran's nuclear file. ITAR-TASS reported that al-Baradei expressed this opinion in Beijing on April 20.

"I told my Iranian friends that they must step forward," the IAEA head said. "I support this new approach in every ways and hope it will be fruitful," al-Baradei stressed, ITAR-TASS reported.
