State Minister Tuzmen Returns to Turkey

Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen returned to Turkey on Thursday after concluding his talks in Bulgaria.
Tuzmen's visit aimed at boosting commercial ties.
Tuzmen, accompanied by more than 100 businessmen, met various Bulgarian ministers, signed a memorandum of understanding on technical cooperation and opened a trade center in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia.
