Wednesday, 15 April 2009Businessman Rahmi Koc became Turkey's top tax-payer of 2008.
According to Revenue Administration's list, Koc declared 18.014 million Turkish lira of income tax in 2008. (1 USD = 1.5750 TL)
Koc was followed by Aydin Dogan who declared 12.1 million TL of income tax.
Husnu Mustafa Ozyegin is on the third place with 9.7 million TL, and Semahat Sevim Arsel on the fourth place with 9.6 million TL.
83 of top 100 tax-payers of Turkey are from Istanbul, while 7 from Ankara, 6 from Izmir, and 2 each from Aydin and Eskisehir. |
