Islamic Conference Parliamentary Board to Convene Over Gaza Attacks |

Tuesday, 13 January 2009The Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is set to hold an extraordinary meeting in Istanbul on Wednesday to discuss recent developments in Gaza.
Parliament speakers, deputy parliament heads and other representatives from OIC member states will convene upon a call by Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan at Istanbul's Hilton Hotel.
Toptan will deliver a keynote speech at the opening of the meeting which is expected to issue a final declaration. |
