Monday, 5 January 2009Tubas – Ma’an – A crowded demonstration took place in Tubas on Monday, in protest of the ongoing Israeli atrocities in the Gaza Strip.
The event was organized by local Mayor Dr Sami Musallam and Tubas Governor Iqab Daraghmeh.
The demonstration toured the streets in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip. Demonstrators held banners calling for national unity and ending the Israeli aggression in Gaza.
