Friday, 18 April 2008Ombudsman of Spain Enrique M+¦gica Herzog is on a visit in Uzbekistan. On 16 April, the Spanish Ombudsman met the chairman of the Senate's Committee for Foreign Policy Sadyk Safayev.
The sides considered issues of expansion of relations between the two countries' parliaments and ombudsmen.
The members of the Spanish delegation familiarized themselves with the activities of the upper chamber of the Uzbek parliament, UzA reported.
