Jordan's King Abdullah II has held a meeting with Bulgaria's General Boyko Borissov, chief secretary of the Interior Ministry.

Media cited Borissov as saying that he was very pleased with the conversation he had with the King in Amman.

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg is considered best friend in Jordan, General Borissov reportedly said after Thursday's meeting.

The Bulgarian envoy is also scheduled to confer with high-ranked police officials during his stay in Amman.
